What Is An .02 Violation?

If you are under 21 years of age and operating a motor vehicle while having a BAC of between .02 and .08, you are violating Nebraska’s .02 law (sometimes called “zero tolerance”). The penalty for a .02 infraction is 30 days license impoundment and a $100 fine plus court costs.
